1. Enjoy the sun
Our body produces serotonin when we’re in the sun. We need this happiness hormone to fight spring fatigue. So, go outside and enjoy the sun! Important note: Leave the sunglasses at home for now. We can only produce serotonin if the sunrays touch our retina without obstacles.
